SHIPPING
Shipping takes 7-10 days, excluding holidays and weekends. Processing takes 2-4 business days. Orders placed before 3pm will ship out same day, after 3 pm order will ship next business day. Invoices will be emailed once order has been placed. Tracking #s will be available once packaged has shipped. Please assure both email and physical address is correct before confirming order. Free shipping on orders $100 or more. *We are not responsible for any lost/missing packages.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order, you have 24hrs from time of order placement to cancel. No canceling once order has shipped. REFUNDS By our products being custom and handmade, there are no refunds. However if Caliente Designs falls short on delivering great results, a store credit will be issued upon proof of damage emailed to calientedesignsbydani@gmail.com
